Shipping & Delivery
We offer UPS shipping options for orders up to 150 pounds (lb) including:
- UPS Ground
- UPS Next Day Air®
- UPS Second Day Air®
- UPS Next Day Air® Early AM Delivery
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. UPS requires a full street address for delivery purposes.
Orders over 150 pounds (lb) will be shipped by common carrier.
Orders placed before 7 p.m. (CST) will ship the same day if in stock.
Orders may be fulfilled from one of our 120 dealer locations or from our main warehouse located in Pella, Iowa.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy and the security of your information are extremely important to us. We take great care in protecting any personal information that you may provide to us when creating user accounts, communicating with us or making purchases.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept the return of damaged or unsatisfactory items. To request a return, contact us at 1-866-837-6337 or email@example.com within 30 days of the date you received the item.

International customers — All of our HDD tooling and accessories are available outside the USA. However, at this time we do not offer sales transactions on Borestore.com to customers outside the United States. If you reside outside of the United States and wish to place an order, you may place it through one of our 80 international dealer locations. To locate the Vermeer dealer in your area, please visit our dealer locator. While you're browsing the Vermeer Borestore website, please feel free to take advantage of the Wish List feature. You can add any product to your Wish List and email it to us at email@example.com. We'll take care of sending this on to your local dealer so they can get in contact with you.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept credit card payment (Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®) for merchandise in USD (U.S. dollars) and offer shipping within the United States only. Occasionally we will offer discounts and/or promotions. In those cases, details will be highlighted on our website.
International customers — If you choose to place an order with one of our dealers, please keep in mind that the prices published on this site do not include any tariffs, customs, duties, etc., and are listed in U.S. dollars.
Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase with us. If you do not receive confirmation of your order via email, please double-check to make sure your order was processed correctly.
