Ultra X3 375 Lance Trident Bit - 5-in (12.7-cm) Cut with Pullback Hook

The addition of the Ultra X3 Lance Trident bit complements the overall versatility of the Ultra X3 drilling system. The Lance Trident bit is designed to excel in dry or compacted ground conditions, cobble and broken formations, as well as a variety of soft rock formations such as sandstone, shale, and caliche. It is a hybrid-style bit that combines some of the preferred features of both the Lance Pro and the Gauntlet bit. When designed for the 375 drilling system, the Lance Trident bit has a 5-in (12.7-cm) cut and includes a pullback hook. The Lance Trident bit is equipped with knockout holes to aid in changing the teeth.

The Ultra X3 375 drill system is the largest of the sizes offered at this time. A non-torqued spline connection system optimizes the time it takes to perform tooling switches — without the need for special tools or breakout devices — and offers compatibility with a wide range of pilot bits and pullback configurations.
